Rate Quotes, Credit, Valuation, and Automated Tools
Our Get Access quote tools may use automated pricing engines, eligibility rules, investor guidelines, market data, property information, valuation tools, and information you provide to generate mortgage quote information.
A quote shown through our website or webapp may be preliminary. It is not a loan approval, loan commitment, underwriting decision, locked rate, or final offer of credit unless expressly stated in writing by an authorized mortgage professional.
Final pricing, eligibility, approval, and loan terms may depend on verified information, credit review, underwriting, property review, title review, appraisal or valuation results, market conditions, investor requirements, and other factors.
We may request or use credit-related information only where permitted by law and, where required, with your authorization. If you authorize a credit report or proceed with an application, additional notices, authorizations, and disclosures may apply.

We limit information disclosed to service providers to what is reasonably needed for them to perform services for us, and we require them to protect personal information and use it only for authorized purposes.
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, transfer of business, or similar transaction, personal information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate protections.
No Sale of Borrower Lead Lists; Advertising and State-Law Choices
We do not sell borrower information as lead lists. We do not disclose personal information to nonaffiliated third parties so they can market their own products or services to you, unless you authorize us to do so or the disclosure is otherwise permitted by law.
Some state privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or similar terms broadly enough to include certain website analytics, advertising, or cookie-based disclosures, even where no money is exchanged. Where required by applicable law, we will provide a way to opt out of those activities.
We do not use Social Security numbers, credit reports, income, assets, bank information, or detailed mortgage application information for third-party targeted advertising.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, log files, and similar technologies to operate, secure, measure, and improve our website and webapp. These technologies may help keep the website functioning, maintain sessions, remember preferences, measure first-party attribution, detect errors, prevent fraud and abuse, and improve the user experience.
We currently use first-party attribution and operational analytics for our own website and quote flow. We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels, remarketing audiences, or cross-context behavioral advertising technologies in areas where consumers provide sensitive mortgage, credit, income, asset, or application information.
If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide opt-out choices where required by law.
Most browsers allow you to manage or disable cookies. Some features may not work properly if cookies or local storage are disabled. Where required by applicable law, we will honor legally recognized opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, for activities that qualify as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws.
Communications, Calls, Email, and Text Messages
If you provide contact information, we may contact you about your quote request, mortgage inquiry, application, account, transaction, customer support request, or related services.
You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us at info@firstaccesslending.com. We may still send non-marketing messages, including service, legal, security, transactional, or account-related communications.
If you consent to receive text messages from us, message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing or obtaining any product or service. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP or by contacting us. You may request help by replying HELP.
We do not share, sell, rent, or transfer SMS opt-in data, text-message consent, or information collected solely through our SMS program with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

If you request or obtain a financial product or service from us for personal, family, or household purposes, certain information we collect may be considered nonpublic personal information under federal financial privacy laws, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act and Regulation P.
We may provide a separate Federal Privacy Notice or GLBA privacy notice that describes our financial privacy practices in the required format. If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and a required financial privacy notice with respect to nonpublic personal information covered by that notice, the financial privacy notice will control.
